Keeping our employees, customers, and local community safe during these transitional times are our main focus, so we have worked tirelessly to develop new business practices that will still reflect the efficiency we are known for while still remaining within guidelines within our state. Below are some of the major changes we’ve made to make sure you’re still getting all litigation tasks finished before court day.
Making Deliveries to Work-at-home Addresses
For all of our clients that we need to deliver projects and documents to, we now have the availability to make deliveries to your work-at-home addresses. This has already proven successful as many of our clients can continue their work without being distracted by dropping by our office to pick up their supplies. They’ve also all loved how everything they need will be delivered in their hands without much of a wait!
Utilizing Zoom and Other Virtual Meeting Platforms
Internal meetings and client project discussions are now held over Zoom and other platforms if they are preferred. Having video chats have been just as efficient as having meetings in person because we have the ability to share documents back and forth through Zoom’s file sharing system. Our clients have also loved not having to travel very far with their laptops to get meetings done. As long as you have a decent Wi-Fi signal, we can collaborate this way.
Putting Proper Cleaning Methods in Place
We understand it: it can be nerve-racking trading projects and supplies back and forth, from one party to the next, without being completely sure that the best cleanliness guidelines have been used. That’s why we want to assure our clients that before anything is delivered to you, we have taken the utmost care with the materials to make sure they are sanitized and ready to be handled by only you. We will continue this for as long as need be to keep everyone involved with KEY Discovery safe.
