Thomas Washburn
Partner, CFO/CEO

CEO KEY Discovery Boston Tom Washburn brings a wealth of financial and operations experience to the company, along with 18 years in litigation support. Prior to joining us in the summer of 2011, he was vice president of business development for Washburn Capital Management, Inc., an asset management firm. Before that, he was vice president of sales and operations for one of the world’s leading providers of financial and legal printing, responsible for managing, overseeing, and directing fifteen locations with revenue totaling $75 million and a staff of more than 2,000 employees.

Brian Danilecki
Partner, Director Key Account Sales

KEY Discovery Director of SalesBrian Danilecki can be downright evangelical about customer service, a trait that endears him to existing customers and regularly wins new ones. Brian has been in the litigation industry for more than 16 years, starting in the printing business and naturally gravitating to client sales and support. For seven years prior to joining KEY Discovery, he was the director of a Boston office overseeing sales, production, and operations responsible for $10 million in sales revenue.

Dan Tibor
Partner, Director Operations

Starting as a litigation support technical and production advisor for a national provider, where he focused mainly on database management and eDiscovery software, he became litigation support director for the company’s Boston office.  Dan continues to keep current with all the fast-changing trends of the litigation support industry.

Scott King
Partner, Sales Manager

Scott King, Partner and Sales Manager at KEY Discovery With more than 17 years working in the litigation support industry, Scott manages the sales process with new and existing clients. He ensures that each client feels like they have a local contact that they can call upon to assist, whether their work is in Boston or nationally. He loves meeting people and building great teams both with clients and peers.

Pat Leary
Production Manager

Pat Leary, Production Manager Pat began his career serving in the United State Navy, and then became a subject matter expert in print and transactional eDiscovery projects. He has worked in client solutions as well as production, recently taking on the manager role within our production services team. He loves consulting with clients to come up with the best solutions for each unique situation.

Kathleen Connolly
Business Affairs Manager

Kathleen Connolly, Administrative Manager Every company needs someone behind the scenes that is integral to making sure everything runs smoothly. That is Kathleen! With past experience at one of the big four accounting firms, she knows the importance of client confidentiality, customer service, and executing exceptional accounting processes. In her role at KEY, she handles all aspects of accounting along with internal and external business affairs. That’s enough to keep anyone spinning but she does it with ease and keeps everyone organized.

Karen Washburn
Marketing & HR Manager

Karen Washburn, Marketing and HR Manager With a sales and marketing background in the beverage industry, Karen has transferred that knowledge to the litigation support business. She manages marketing and sales, overseeing public relations and industry events. Additionally, she manages human resources and is responsible for interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees along with handling all employee benefits.

Carol Grassia
Manager, Court Reporting Services

Carol Grassia, Court Reporting With more than 20 years’ of experience in the court reporting industry, she is an integral part of our team. Whatever your need, from court reporting to transcription services or videographers, she will ensure that everything is in place and running smoothly. Carol began her work in this industry as part of a local court reporting firm. Prior to KEY Discovery, she was the operations manager of a national litigation support firm where she oversaw the Boston office and was responsible for managing, recruiting, hiring, and training operational staff.

Dom Pensavalli
Customer Service & Logistics Manager

Customer Service Rep Dom PensavalliDom was the first KEY employee back in 2008 and has helped build the business over the years. He has worked in the client services industry for more than 30 years and loves the encounters he has during his days working at KEY. Dom manages the entire customer service team and coordinates all pick ups and deliveries for our clients.
